New to AI, or tried it without useful results? You do not need a finished brief. A few lines about your work are enough to get in touch.

A few lines are enough.

What you do. What you would like to improve. What you tried, if anything. You can add times that would work for a phone conversation.

What happens next

From a message to a first step.

  1. 01

Send a few lines by email.

Tell us what you do, what is difficult and what you have already tried. Share only what you know.

  2. 02

Agree on a time for a call.

We read your message and arrange a phone conversation with the person responsible for the work.

  3. 03

Talk for around 30 minutes, free.

We discuss the problem and a useful next step. Any further investigation or implementation is scoped and priced before proceeding.

Before we begin

Scope, pricing and support

I want to use AI but do not know where to start. Can I contact you?

Yes. Tell us what your business does, which tasks are difficult and what you hope could change. We look at where AI could help and whether existing tools are enough. You do not need a technical brief.

Can you help if I already tried AI or automation?

Yes. Bring the tools or prompts you tried and describe what fell short. We first look at the gap between the result and your actual work, then discuss what needs to be improved or built.

Does every project need AI or a new app?

No. Adjusting existing tools or connecting a few steps may be enough. We propose an approach that fits the problem and explain any complexity before agreeing on scope and cost.

What can we discuss for free?

Start with a phone call of around 30 minutes. Tell us what gets in the way and what solving it would change. Before further investigation or implementation, we discuss the scope and any fees.

Do I need to know what to build?

No. You should know your own business and be able to explain the work, make decisions and verify results. We help find and implement the technical approach. We do not decide your business direction.

How much does it cost?

Depending on the problem, work can range from hundreds of thousands to tens of millions of Korean won. We estimate scope, difficulty and operating requirements. We ask about the value of solving the problem to understand its priority, and explain the work behind the estimate.

How are the build and maintenance priced?

For a service build, the initial fee can include an agreed operating period, such as one year. Ongoing maintenance can then be billed monthly or annually. We specify the terms before starting; this is not a fixed package for every project.

What does maintenance include?

Server operations, bug fixes and inquiries within the agreed scope. LLM usage costs depend on the product and may be billed separately. We explain the distinction before work begins.

What if the scope changes?

New features added after the initial agreement receive a separate quote. Errors in our own estimate are our responsibility. If previously unknown requirements emerge, we discuss their impact and agree on how to proceed.

Can you use our existing tools?

Yes. We check whether improving or connecting existing tools is enough before proposing a new system. We explain any hidden constraints that affect the work.

Can I commission work for my own client?

We prefer to work directly with the people who understand the business and can make decisions. Intermediary commissions may be accepted as a defined production project, with changes quoted separately.
